Suspect arrested in Alberton North

Suspect arrested after being traced by CPS Security.

CPS Security arrested a suspect in Charl Cilliers Street in Alberton North on April 22.

“We received information that a suspect had broken into business premises in the early hours of the morning. Our team went through the CCTV footage and managed to get footage of the suspect’s face,” said Tyrone van der Merwe, sales director.

The suspect gained entry through this gate by breaking the motor and removing the gate from its track.

CPS Security’s tactical team traced the suspect to a local informal settlement, where he was arrested.

“Job well done, guys.”

The suspect broke the door open to gain access.
