Two housebreakers arrested in Alberton North

The suspects had meat with Two Step poison in their possession.

CPS Security officers arrested two housebreakers on March 18 in 9th Avenue in Alberton North.

“Our control centre received a panic signal after spotting two unknown males attempting to gain access into a resident’s property,” said Tyrone van der Merwe, sales director from CPS Security.

“On our arrival the suspects fled in their vehicle. Officers managed to arrest one suspect on the premises and the second suspect was arrested nearby.

“We found house-breaking implements, suspected stolen goods and dog poison (known as Two Step) in their possession.”

Both suspects were handed over to Alberton SAPS.

“Job well done guys,” said van der Merwe.
