GALLERY: BESA Leadership Academy farewell held

Learners looked beautiful at BESA Leadership Academy's matric farewell.

BESA Leadership Academy’s matric farewell 2020 was hosted at the Maronite Catholic Church on November 27.

The event, originally scheduled for September, was postponed as a result of lockdown restrictions but was hugely successful despite the inclement weather.

“As Murphy’s Law would have it, the downpour started just as everybody was arriving, leading to less than ideal conditions upon entering the reception hall.

“However, in true BESA fashion everybody shrugged-off the weather with a smile and walked in looking breathtakingly beautiful and handsome in ensembles fit for the pages of a trendy news magazine,” said Clint Preddy, managing partner.

The school’s valediction ceremony was incorporated into the evening’s proceedings which allowed the learners the opportunity to sign off their final year at school.

“We would like to take this opportunity to wish our matrics everything of the best for the future and trust that their upcoming final examination results will reflect the hard work and dedication they have put in throughout the year.”
