DA Ward 38 to host a Virtual Public Meeting to discuss electricity infrastructure in Ekurhuleni at 18:30 on Tuesday, July 14.
According to Councillor Malcolm Maifala of Ward 38, The Democratic Alliance (DA) in Ekurhuleni would like to invite residents to be part of the conversation regarding the ongoing power outages in Ekurhuleni.
“Given the restrictions as a result of Covid-19, the meeting will be broadcast live on the DA Ward 38 – Ekurhuleni Facebook Page,” he said.
The DA will be hosting two members of parliament, Michael Waters MP and Darren Bergman MP, who will be speaking on how the issue of power outages in Ekurhuleni have been raised in Parliament.
“Members of the media are welcome to request a Zoom link to be able to join the meeting.”
“The DA continues to drive this issue for the resident of Ekurhuleni, who deserve better governance and service delivery,” added Cllr Maifala.
