Alberton City Shopping Centre cares about the elderly

Alberton City Shopping Centre made sure that the pensioners of Alberton who collected their Sassa pay on March 30, were well taken care of.

Not only did they look out for the pensioners by putting out chairs in the queue, but they also made sure that they adhere to the rules of social distancing.

This was after South Africa was put under a 21-day lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The staff made sure that all chairs were sanitised as pensioners moved down the line to collect their grants.

On social media, everyone thanked Alberton City for taking care of the elderly and mentioned that other shopping centres could learn from them.
