Yet another coveted award for Alberton business
The business again proved that it is well on the path to success by taking yet another coveted award.
Ngage Marketing, known as ‘The Agency for Industry’, has proven yet again it is one of the best in its field by being recognised by MEA Markets as the Best Industrial Communications Agency in South Africa in its 2020 MEA Business Awards.
This is the latest in a long list of accolades for Ngage, established by husband-and-wife team Renay and Russell Tandy in 2006.
They explained they saw a gap in the market for a niche agency targeting engineering, industrial, mining, construction, and architecture clients, among others.
Proving that it was well on the path to success, Ngage scooped a PRISM Gold Award in 2012 for Best Small PR Consultancy, the most prestigious awards of its kind in the South African marketing sector.
Renay, an award-winning journalist and PR director, won a PRISM Gold Award in the same year for Best PR Professional in Media Liaison.
Ngage won another PRISM Gold Award in 2013 for Launch of a New Product.
Top of the list
This is not the first time that Ngage has been recognised by MEA Markets, a quarterly publication dedicated to researching and publicising the entire Middle East and Africa, described as one of the world’s most powerful, innovative and influential business regions.
Ngage won a 2019 Business Award for Best Integrated Communications Agency in Gauteng, while in 2018 MEA Markets bestowed it with the title of Best Full-Service Communications Agency.
“The awards from MEA Markets are particularly gratifying and significant, as many of our international clients have an extensive presence in Africa and the Middle East,” said Renay.
“We are also one of the only agencies with extensive experience in marketing in Africa.”

A full-service agency, Ngage offers advertising, online marketing, social media, video production and editing and targeted PR.
It consists of a young and dynamic team of account executives, known collectively as the #GreenTeam, who do not blink in having to go 2 000 m underground or 100m up in the air for a press release.
Ngage has grown in leaps and bounds over the years, with Renay and Russell steering the company successfully through some tough economic times.
