Alberton Lions assists Johannesburg Society for the Blind

Alberton Lions were out and about in November providing funds and doing their bit for the community, mostly the Johannesburg Society for the Blind.

Alberton Lions were out and about in November providing funds and doing their bit for the community, mostly the Johannesburg Society for the Blind.

Hardworking Lion Jiri Uchytil helped remove gas bottles from the kitchen at the society, and installed a replacement bottle. This was done with the assistance of Bracken Gas.

Assisted by Solman Gas, they made the kitchen safer as they installed the bottle inside a new external gas cage, making it safer for the members of the Society for the Blind to utilise the facilities.

The society was also given a compliance certificate, which is a requirement for all gas installations.
