Lions have a home at Reading Country Club

A large function room upstairs at the bowling club has been remodelled to allow for more space for the ever-increasing membership and frequent guests, including a private entrance to the facility.

THE Alberton Lions have always had the goal of having a more permanent “den” for meetings and functions.

Reading Country Club, which has for some time allowed the Lions to utilise their facilities, has given Alberton Lions a leg up to achieve this milestone. A large function room upstairs at the bowling club has been remodelled to allow for more space for the ever-increasing membership and frequent guests, including a private entrance to the facility. This was celebrated during a general meeting recently held at the Reading Country Club, where a glass was raised to mark the occasion. Alberton Lions extended their gratitude to Reading Country Club for the support they received in helping them achieve their goal.
