GALLERY: Alberton SPCA has successful street collection

The collected funds will mainly go towards the revamp of the wellness clinic at Alberton SPCA.

ALBERTON SPCA collected money through a street collection on the corner of Swartkoppies Road and Ring Road West on June 29.

The collection was headed by the Alberton SPCA committee. Volunteers added their time and effort to help the SPCA collect the funds they needed.

Funds collected will go towards the Alberton SPCA’s wellness clinic, specifically to revamp the centre and provide for its smooth operation.

The collection also went towards providing specific kennels for kittens to be able to house them separately from the adult cats.

On the day they collected R7 151 and the SPCA would like to thank everyone who made a donation with a special thank you to all of the volunteers who contributed to the success.
