LIGSTAD Care Centre’s new cook promises that she has great plans for the kitchen.
Lorna Swart joined Ligstad at the beginning of February. Before joining Ligstad she was a baker at Jasmyn Farm Products in Hartbeespoort and also a home baker who supplied her goods to a Spar in Pretoria and some home industries.
In addition to being a cook, Lorna is also a qualified caregiver.
Lorna has found her feet at Ligstad and said, “It’s been great joining Ligstad and to me, it is just wonderful because the children are happy and they enjoy my food.”
