ROMANO Mitchel, who is standing accused of the murder of Stephan Jacobs, appeared in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court Regional Division on February 12.
During the hearing official legal aid was taken on board for Mitchel who will be representing him further.
The matter has been postponed to give Mitchel the opportunity to consult with his legal aid.
He is expected to appear in court again on March 20. He remains out on bail.
