Oosthuizen and Du Plooy case waiting on DNA analysis

The pair is expected to appear on March 12.

SHAUN Oosthuizen and Johnny du Plooy, who stand accused of the murder of Barbara Esmé Fenton, appeared briefly in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on February 12.

The pair is facing charges related to the events that occurred on September 1, 2018, which led to the death of Fenton. The pair is also facing charges in Nelspruit.

The matter has been postponed until March 12 for further investigation. The investigation includes the completion of DNA analysis. Both suspects remain in custody.
