Treasure Tots ECD Teacher Training Centre’s first graduates received their certificates at a prestigious ceremony at Wits in December last year for successfully completing their ECD Level 1 course.
This accredited NQF ECD Level 1 course entails basic childcare training suitable for anyone who cares for children. Babysitters, crèche assistants and childminders in the home will all benefit from this practical three-month course.
This year Treasure Tots ECD Training Centre will also offer an ECD Level 2 Advanced Crèche Assistant course for those who completed Level 1.
Level 1 and Level 2 courses for 2019 will commence on February 9 at Treasure Tots Pre-school in the beautiful, well-equipped Baby/Toddler Wing. Level 1 and Level 2 classes will be held every Saturday morning from 8am to 10am. Both are accredited three-month courses.
The lecturers and management of Treasure Tots’ ECD Teacher Training Centre are excited to be able to teach and train the community in Alberton. Equipping women who work with small children and babies is a privilege as children are our future and deserve only the best care and teaching.
