DAMAGED: A new advertising board structure being erected over Ring Road East (north lanes) at Sars offices seems to be damaged. The concrete street light pole is bent and under strain. and so is the overhead cables attached to it. The pole and cables snapping and falling onto the road may cause serious injury to motorists and damage to vehicles and infrastructure. This has been brought to the attention of EMM.
