UPDATE: Accused rearrested after alleged murder spree

The suspects are to appear in Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court on September 6.

AN elderly resident of Alberton Village on Trelawney Street was murdered on Saturday evening, September 1.

A manhunt was launched by the police for two male suspects, aged 26 and 38 respectively, connected to the murder. The suspects linked to the case were out on bail for a case of murder which is investigated that occurred in Nelspruit in July.
Following a successful social media release of the suspects’ identity, the suspects were identified in Krugersdorp where they were arrested by police. The suspects are linked to at least three murders with a possible total of six cases being linked to the two suspects.
The suspects are to appear in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on September 6.
