Pet expo brought joy to animal lovers

The best part of the expo was the dancing dogs and dog fashion show that left all pet lovers with warm hearts.

A PET expo was held by Canine Zone Magazine, during the weekend of August 25, at The Glen Shopping Centre. It was a furry weekend filled with fun events and exciting pet shows.

COLOURFUL: The rooftop of the shopping centre was coloured with all kinds of interesting stalls.

The expo included various fun activities throughout the mall and on the rooftop, such as flea market stalls, stalls selling fun products and treats for dogs and cats, (human) food vendors, and even a meet-and-greet with a famous South African film star dog.

DIY: Here, children could learn how to make interesting toys and treats for their pets.

More activities included shows, talks, a man dressed in a dog costume who handed out treats to the children, and lots more. The scheduled events for the two days varied from informative talks on feral cats to demonstrations on grooming, training, obedience and tricks.

PET TOYS: This stall sold lots of pet toys and it was clear to see that they had a special place in their hearts for border collies.

Of course, the best part of the expo was the dancing dogs and dog fashion show that left all pet lovers with warm hearts.

PET OWNER: A beautiful dog and its pet owner had a great experience at the expo.
