Tips for reporting service-related problems

Report your municipal issues.

IN case you still do not know what to do if you have a municipal problem, make sure that you keep this near.

Report service-related issues to EMM through these channels:

· Send an sms with details of the problem, your address and contact details to 30263

· Dail the USSD code *134*30263# and follow the instructions

· Tweet your complaint via Twitter using @CoE_Call_Centre

· Download the My Ekurhuleni App on App Store and follow the instructions

· Send an email to Call.Centre@ekurhuleni.gov.za

Remember that it is important to have a reference number and to report issues. Without a reference number you will not be able to get assistance.
