TO make a difference and to change lives for the good is what Kim Schmidt (33) and Morné Louw (38) strive to do.
Success 4 Life is managed by Kim and Morné, who are both life coaches.
According to lifecoaching.com, life coaching is a profession that is profoundly different from consulting, mentoring, advice, therapy, or counselling. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, business successes, general conditions and transitions in the client’s personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
They are situated on Michelle Avenue in Meyersdal. “Change your fears. Live your best life” is their motto.
Their programme aims to deal with young individuals and adults in one-on-one sessions to outline and unpack issues and problems surrounding depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse and self-worth.
This verbal therapy is a non-medicated and more holistic approach to healing that promotes self-medication and motivation.
This programme will run over a period of three months per individual with follow-up in a selected time frame based on the rate of progress within the programme.
It is a fearless approach to conducting change in a youths’ life experiences and constructing a forward-thinking approach to success. They aim to support the youth with the Tangi-table tools and skills that enable them to explore the self-discovery journey.
Success 4 Life identifies the inner abilities that each individual has and enhances their practical skills to initiate these with their everyday life experiences and studies. By focusing on these inner abilities and strengths, they will be able to guide the young ones to a career path that will best suit their map of perception. Their methods and techniques will instil self-confidence and motivate each individual to utilise their skills and talents within the schooling sphere.
They cover Johannesburg South and make contact with schools to address matters. A thing that only a few know that they also have a neurolinguistic programme which is a series of techniques to bring change in behaviour and methodical thinking patterns. Kim and Morné do individual youth coaching as well as group sessions.
