Christians celebrate Palm Sunday

The congregation of St Matthews and Luke Anglican Church assembled at Eden Park SAPS and marched with palm branches in hand to the church building in Chrysler Street.

CHRISTIAN churches throughout the world celebrated Palm Sunday on March 25 and Eden Park churches joined in the procession from different starting points.

The traditional annual processions were lead by the Johannesburg Diocese Bishop Charles May, who also conducted the Sunday mass.
