This Christmas, use your creativity to make amazing cards for those you love. It’s more personal and it will save you a ton of money.
Here are some great tips to help you with your project:
*First of all, think of the person in question, make it personal, add something special to the card, like a personal joke just between the two of you, etc.
*Heartfelt sentiment is good, but try not to get too soppy. It can sometimes come across as cheesy and corny. Humour is always a good idea.
*Use layers, textures and colour on your card to make it appealing to look at and hold. If you’re very creative, you can do 3-D cards.
*All you need is some glue, paper and/or cardboard, scissors, a pen and/or colouring pencils or cokies, whatever other fun things you may like to add, like buttons, fluff balls, etc and your imagination …
*To get started, plan what you’d like to do, think of a few things you’d like to add, etc, then get started.
