Well done, community course graduates!

An invitation is extended to all the churches to encourage their congregations to attend these different courses.

WELL done to the first graduates of Eden Park’s Stepping Stone Community Course programme who successfully completed their 11-week course.

Stepping Stone’s programme teaches life skills and helps to build participants’ character by assisting them to communicate better and know how to build good relationships wherever they are. It also helps them to make good choices, especially when it comes to sexual activities.

“People who’ve trained on the Stepping Stones programme can testify to how their lives have changed for the better and how peaceful their lives have turned out to be,” said Maggie Freeks on behalf of the programme.

“Some learn for the first time that they’ve been abusive spouses and therefore went back to their spouses and confessed and fixed their marriages or relationships. People who have attended all the sessions can tell you how their lives have been transformed and that they are no longer the same,” Maggie added.

The course aims to change the lives of community members who participate.

It will be an ongoing course for people aged between 14 to 24 for ladies, and 15 to 49 for men.

An invitation is extended to all the churches to encourage their congregations to attend these courses, which include Stepping Stone, Man to Man, and Family Matters.

“A special thanks to Dylan Markus, who introduced Pastor Rosslyn of Body of Christ Church to the programme. He now shares all information regarding the courses, as well as bread that gets distributed to impoverished families. Also, thanks to Poppie for facilitating all the courses,” said Maggie.
