Figures Models help worthy animal charity

A group effort was made to attend this charity event, where the students got to spend time with the pooches and model with them.

THE Irwin Animal Rescue Centre in Walkerville held a charity family day recently to help find their pooches good homes.

The event took place on Sunday, April 2, to help the animals, which all come from rescued backgrounds and need a lot of TLC.

Figures Finesse Alberton modelling branch heard about this cause through one of their members. Immediately, a group effort was made to attend this charity event where the students got to spend time with the pooches and model with them.

“The photos that were taken by professional photographers on the day were edited with the centre’s logo and posted on their official website: the modellingfourpaws official website. Hopefully, these photos will trigger a positive response within the community.

“Thank you to each and every student and parent who contributed towards helping this worthy community charity cause – may man’s best friend find his own forever friend soon,” said Emma Griffin-Coetzer from Figures.
