Baby Proof First Aid course on offer in March
Cresco Preschool and Aftercare will be hosting the Baby Proof First Aid course for all parents and care givers in March, 2017.
ALL of the staff at Cresco Preschool and Aftercare participated in a Baby Proof First Aid course, on January 4.
“We at Cresco understand the importance of first aid and the course specialises in training related to infants and children – which includes CPR, choking, fractures, fevers and febrile seizures,” said Sam Barnard, the school’s principal.
The course was run by Bronwyn Gemmell from Tericorp Training and allowed all staff, from the security guard to the cook, to be fully prepared for any accidents or incidents.
“The team at Cresco are now fully qualified and able to handle most medical situations. “It was an enjoyable and valuable experience, which has given the staff the confidence and knowledge needed, to be prepared in case anything may happen,” added Barnard.
