THE RECORD has received multiple complaints about people vandalising EMM property, including electrical boxes and cables.
According to councillor Bruna Haipel, they “suspect” that there’s a syndicate vandalising EMM property and cables.
“We’re not sure of course. But we would like to request residents who see anything suspicious, to please report it to the municipal call centre, or to the Alberton CPF on 076 105 0859, or Alberton SAPS on 011 861 6800. We also urge people to contact their local security companies, so that the perpetrators can be apprehended,” she said.
