Teenage girl’s body found

The girl’s bag and possessions were also found on the scene.

The body of a teenage girl, believed to be 16-years-old has been found in the open veld behind the Soccer Club, about 500m from the Rugby Club border on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 1.

Alberton journalists, Elzaan Pienaar and David Pienaar reported from the scene that it is believed that she has been murdered and that her body was dragged to the spot where it was found.

A source on the scene (who does not want to be named) said that the body was found by members from the Alberton SPCA.

The girl’s bag and possessions were also found on the scene.
