WHAT A WASTE: Richard Jacobs (57), of Abraham Street, Eden Park, shows how clean water bubbles out on his lawn due to a leak. According to Jacobs the leak started in 2015 and was reported to EMM. He said that council workers did arrive this year, but worked only on his water meter, ouside his premises. He is still waiting for EMM to repair the leak, which is wasting precious clean water. The RECORD is awaiting EMM’s comment.
