Eden Park thanks taxi association
Thank you for transporting a stranded woman free of charge to KZN.
EDEN Park Victim Support Centre would like to thank the Eden Palm Taxi Association (Johannesburg route) for helping us to get a 35-year-old woman from KZN back to her home on May 26.
Your help is sincerely appreciated. May God continue to bless you.
We would like to thank you for the free transport for the stranded woman and also want to give thanks to the police officers who went out of their way to buy the woman food and cold drinks for the six days she spent at the station,
The 35-year-old was promised a job in Gauteng by her sister in Johannesburg who seems to have had other plans for her. She got lost and ended up in Eden Park where the sister, who promised to come and fetch her, never arrived and avoided all calls.
The woman slept at the Victim Support Centre for six days until the taxi association came to her aid.
