ALBERTON SAPS arrested nine suspects between May 9 and 10.
The nine suspects were arrested around the Alberton SAPS policing area during normal crime prevention duties, stop and search operations and tracing operations conducted by sector members, Flying Squad officers, Metro Police and detectives.
Suspects were arrested for the following offences: one theft, one assault, two for manufacturing of drugs, one fraud, two for possession of dagga, one robbery and one for possession of an unlicensed firearm.
All the suspects will appear in the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court and Germiston Magistrates Court.
