Five suspects arrested

[UPDATE] Suspects did not getaway.

FIVE suspects were arrested following a robbery at the Hub in New Redruth Village, in Alberton, on Friday, March 11, between 14:00 and 15:00.

The suspects attempted to make an escape in a grey Peugeot 407 after they were spotted by an off-duty police officer from East London. CPS Security and Tactical Team were one step ahead and managed to apprehend all five suspects before they could leave the centre.
