A fire broke out on Alberton Boulevard on Sunday evening, February 21.
According to an anonymous eye witness who lives in the block of flats opposite the scene: “We heard an explosion and noticed the roof burning”.
The fire was in a vacant spot between two businesses on Alberton Boulevard. According to the witness, the fire brigade responded quickly to the scene.
The fire has since been extinguished. More information to follow.
