Desireé on the road to new pageant

Proceeds will be donated.

DESIREE (Dezzy) Oliphant, an Albertonian, is turning into one of South Africa’s most successful women.

It has been announced that she will be one of the finalists of the Face of the Globe, representing South Africa in Paris and Disneyland this coming April.

Desiree scooped two titles last year where the current one is Mrs United Nations South Africa 2015/6, followed by her international title as second Princess of Mrs UN International in Jamaica in October.

She has also been approached to be the official ambassador for the Brow Bar branch at the Mall of the South. The owner, Unaiza Moideen, is running a “Love Month” special on February 13 in partnership with Desireé. The proceeds of the day will be donated to girls at a secondary school in a rural area. The name of the school will be announced once the date for the handover is conformed by the principal of the school.

People can follow her on Twitter @dezzyoliphant, on Instagram at Mrs_un_sa and on Facebook.
