Join the march against the killing of police officers

A memorandum will be handed over to the Premier, David Makhura.

THE National Freedom Party (NFP) in Gauteng will hold a massive march against the escalating brutality against police officers and the mounting crime levels in the province on Thursday, December 3, at 11:00. The march will start at the corner of Anderson and Nugget streets and continue to the corner of Rissik and Albertina Sisulu streets.

“The latest statistics speaks volumes but, as the National Freedom Party in the province, we feel that talking about police killings as just statistics contributes to this catastrophic phenomenon. It is sensibly becoming clear to conscious and patriotic South Africans that our country is heading towards a protracted civil war between the law-abiding citizens and criminals as there will come a time where citizens will wage a massive war against criminals in defence of themselves and those that are entrusted with a responsibility of ensuring their safety.

“As the NFP in the province, we are becoming increasingly concerned that Gauteng is the leading province when it comes to police killings, while at the same time, it is the economic hub of our country. We believe the anarchy and the brutality has a direct contribution to high unemployment rate as no investor would want to invest in an environment where lawlessness and rebellion is the order of the day,” said the NFP Gauteng provincial chairperson, Bheki Gumbi.
