If your pet has to go into kennels then their inoculations must be up to date – all reputable kennels require proof of vaccination certificates, which should be dated at least two weeks’ prior to admittance.

Prior to going away, make sure your pet is familiar with the person and that they in turn are comfortable with your pet.
Whatever you decide, do not leave it until the last minute as your pets deserve better than that. Be considerate and don’t expect the SPCA to assist if you have not planned ahead.
