Carmen Nepgen adds another crown to her growing selection of modeling triumphs.

ALBERTON – Brackenhurst Primary School held their annual fundraising Miss and Master Brackenhurst Primary Pageant on Wednesday, June 24.

Carmen Nepgen, a grade six learner, competed and not only won Miss Bracken 2015 but also received the additional title of Miss Debutante as she raised the most funds of all the contestants.

The winter wonderland themed pageant was judged by Mrs United Nations SA, Desiree Oliphant, and Miss India SA 2014, Shivani Govender.

Carmen loves acting and singing and came second in the primary school vocal section and third in the grade six to seven English drama section at the Alberton Eisteddfod.

Carmen’s main hobby is modeling and she attends Figures Alberton where she has won titles including second runner-up for national face of the year, second runner-up as Tiny Miss Gauteng and recently she won ramp model at the Figures SA national finals and placed third in the commercial model category. Carmen looks forward to taking part in the International Model and Talent Convention (IMTA) talent search and her dream is to follow in Danielle Van Randen’s footsteps to attend the (IMTA) in New York.
