Murder in Daf Street

EDEN PARK – According to the police report, the man was attacked by his girlfriend’s mother’s boyfriend. He was stabbed three times in the chest, once behind his ear and in his head.

Captain Vusi Mahlophe said that the incident was sparked by loud music which the deceased was playing in his car and he refused to turn it down. This resulted in a confrontation. The man was stabbed and died on the scene.

“When the police arrived at the scene, the man was already dead and the suspect gone. On Monday, June 8, the suspect arrived at the police station and handed himself over to the police. He was charged with murder,” said Captain Mahlope.
