No case open for woman thrown out of moving vehicle

Police say that they have no record of the woman who was thrown out of a car.

ALBERTON – Sgt Lindi Moloi, spokesperson for Brackendowns SAPS, explained that the incident, which took took place on May 12, on McBride Street, was not reported.
According to Santi Steinmann, media liaison officer for Netcare 911, a woman was forced out of a moving vehicle on McBride Street.
Bystanders immediately called for assistance and when paramedics arrived, they found the woman (28) on the ground.
Paramedics assessed the woman and found that she sustained serious injuries.
The woman was treated and then transported to hospital for further medical attention.
Sgt Moloi said that because the woman was rushed to hospital, there was no complainant to open a case.
“Exact details surrounding the cause of the incident and preceding events are unknown,” said Santi.
