ALBERTON – The message states that these men are well dressed and they wait as part of the group of parents outside of the schools. They attempt to take photographs, closeups, of children as they walk past them.
According this message the motives are unclear.
When both Alberton SAPS and Brackendowns SAPS were asked if they are aware of any such reports, they told the RECORD that they have not received any reports mentioning the above or the whatsapp message.
“We have no record of such incidents and no one has laid a formal complaint, but if there is any member of the public who suspects that he or she is being followed or stalked, they must notify the police immediately.
“If anyone is aware if schools in Alberton experienced this, please contact the police so that they can investigate,” Sgt Nkuna said.
