DA talks load shedding

Load shedding is not just a personal inconvenience, but has had an immensely negative impact on the South African economy.

Load shedding has become one of the biggest obstacles to economic growth and it threatens the sustainability of current businesses.

On Friday February 6 DA Gauteng Provincial Leader John Moody (MPL) was joined by a small group of Alberton business people to discuss the effect load shedding has had on industry.

He opened the proceedings with a history of how the situation has developed and the DA’s proposed solutions, which was followed by a discussion with the attendees.

A survey was distributed to the business people to discover how load shedding has affected them individually.
