A new coat for AMCARE

AMCARE's offices in New Market Park as well as their chapel received a new coat of paint for the first time in 12 years, thanks to the generosity of Tienie Bezuidenhout from CJM Painting Contractors in Brackendowns.

ALBERTON – “It’s a new year with new challenges, and what a great way to start it off by walking into our bright newly painted offices,” says Percy Howroyd, general manager of the AMCARE Centre of Faith, Hope & Love.

“We have been here for 12 years and in those 12 years, the offices had never been painted. I truly wish to thank Tienie and her team from the bottom of my heart for this act of kindness. It means the world to me and to the staff to work in this clean and beautiful environment once again.”

A phone call to well known builder Coenie Strydom, who in turn approached Tienie, led to the transformation of the offices. Tienie and her staff of seven were quick to react and the whole job was finished within five days.

“I do believe in giving back. God is good to me and I know that I too have to reach out and help where I can,” says Tienie.

Tienie’s company is well known among builders and developers who make use of her services on a regular basis.

“But we also do smaller paint jobs, nothing is too big or too small,” Tienie explains.
