PALM RIDGE – A suspect has escaped from the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court today around 9:00.
Police have launched a manhunt for a dangerous criminal who escaped from the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court. Lungisane Innocent Mdlolo, who was due to be sentenced for murder, rape armed robbery, housebreaking, possession of an unlicensed firearm, and pointing of a firearm.
The circumstances of his escape from the court cells are still being investigated.
Members of the public have been warned not to approach him as he is considered dangerous and he might be armed.
He was due to be sentenced on a murder case, three cases of rape, ten housebreakings, possession of a unlicensed firearm, and pointing a firearm.
