ALBERTON – Castillian’s pom-pom girlies opened the day with a special routine and cheered their friends from the sidelines. The sport activities were fun as the little ones displayed their skills at numerous exciting races and sporting activities.
To strengthen and fuel their little bodies, boerewors rolls, rib rolls, curry and rice as well as beverages to quench the thirst were on sale. Various entertainment also formed part of the festivities to keep spectators preoccupied. A few parents joined in on the fun and won many wonderful prizes competing in their races.
Principal Trudie Gilmore thanked everyone for making the day a huge success and congratulated everyone who participated.
