UWC to host 80s Alumni Reunion
The University of the Western Cape (UWC) will be hosting an 80s Alumni Reunion from October 3 to 5.
JOHANNESURG SOUTH – The aim of this event is to honour and celebrate all alumni who were part of the 80s decade who played an integral part in shaping not only UWC’s history as an anti-apartheid institution but that of South Africa too.
UWC cordially invites all 80s alumni to attend this fun-filled event whereby you will be afforded the opportunity to reflect on the past, reconnect with the institution, renew friendships and forge new hope for the future.
The weekend programme includes a welcome gala dinner with the Rector, reflective conversations with alumni, family fun events, a jazz party, a campus tour to discover developments, a lunch, a 2014 reunion photograph and various other activities.
It will be held at the University of the Western Cape, Robert Sobukwe Road (Modderdam Road), Bellville.
