RIETVLEI ZOO FARM – Everyone is invited to come along and celebrate Spring, dress colourfully and wear your flower garlands!
Rietvlei parkrun is a free weekly walk or run, it’s a 5km timed event taking place every Saturday at 08:00. parkrun is open to everyone, it’s safe and it’s easy to take part.
parkrun events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and they encourage people of every ability to take part; from those taking their first steps in running to olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; all ages are welcome.
“We are thrilled to have parkruns at Rietvlei Zoo Farm as it is the perfect environment and a great way for the community to get involved with walking and running in a safe environment,” says Shawn Mackrell, Director of Rietlvei parkrun.
