AMCARE gives the Alberton RECORD recognition for community work

AMCARE has recently thanked the RECORD for their involvement in community projects and the work, the newspaper continues to be involved in.

ALBERTON – AMCARE Centre of Faith, Hope & Love in New Market Park last week hosted the RECORD management team, thanking them for their continuous support and their commitment in assisting AMCARE in their community work.

The RECORD has through the years won many awards for community involvement projects. Says Percy Howroyd, general manager at AMCARE: “Without the publicity we enjoy in your newspaper, we most certainly cannot achieve what we need in our outreach programmes without it.”

“It is a great pleasure for the Caxton team to be able to help wherever it is possible. If we all work together we can make a difference in our community,” Christiaan Welthagen, Branch Manager at Caxton South Local Newspapers said.

If any members of the public would like to get involved in the AMCARE’s outreach projects, they can contact Percy Howroyd on 011 869 5856.
