A GOVERNMENT employed cleaner of Palm Ridge combined school appeared in court on Friday June 27.
Christopher Malmatja, chairperson of the school’s governing body, said that he only knows that the suspect will appear at the Palmridge Magitrates court, Katlehong again on July 29.
The case that was opened on behalf the school for the victim at Eden Park SAPS, had to be moved to Kathlehong SAPS due to the type of case.
Captain Mega Ndobe of Kathlehong SAPS responded with the following: “The suspect is still in custody for a rape case that is still ongoing in court.” The matter remains a police investigation.
