Satanic killer cousin lived in a fantasy world

Sentenced for murder of teenager Kirsty Theologo, Robin Harwood was described as a submissive individual who lived in a fantasy world due to a heavy intake of drugs and alcohol.

PALM RIDGE – On 12 February the presiding judge recapped defence lawyer Gail Sidwell’s arguments made in mitigation of his sentencing on February 11 at the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court, when she described Harwood as immature, someone who almost lived in an unreal fantasy world.

Robin Harwood had been living with his cousin, Lindon Wagner, in his flat, which was referred to as “the flat of hell”. In this flat they indulged in excessive drugs, sex and alcoholism. All of these activities were considered influences in what may have driven Harwood into a fantasy world of devil worship.

Harwood, who turned 18 a month before the offenses was described, was described as a follower and a people pleaser who did not have a good upbringing. He was also said to have been initially against the murder plot and wasn’t a hardened person.

Although he was the one who brought in another accused suspect in the case to assist in what they called a sacrifice to the devil.

Harwood’s decision to plead not guilty is what counted against him in court, as it showed he felt that he should not be held accountable for his part in the murder of Theologo and the violent attack on the then 14-year-old Bronwyn Grammer.

The six youths accused of murder had taken drugs and alcohol and it made Harwood aggressive.
