ALRODE – On January 16 The collision then caused one of the bakkies to collide with a BMW that was stationed at the traffic light in Potgieter Street.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find a 36-year-old female passenger in the BMW who had sustained injuries to her lower back, head and right leg.
ER24 paramedics, with assistance from Alberton Fire Department, extricated the patient from the vehicle due to her injuries. Once she was stabilised on the scene, she was transported to hospital by ER24 for further assessment.
EMPD was also on the accident scene and will investigate the incident.
