ALBERTON – Const Nhtlane and Const Dhlame received a tip from the public that the car had been standing for a while at Alberton City entrance one at the side of Game store. On inspection of the car, they found the keys on the door inside as the car was not locked.
The two police officers tested the vehicle and found it was not stolen. On the system, the owner is from Noordwick and a car was sent from that police station to check what was going on, but no one was found.
If anyone has any information about this car, call Sgt Nkuna on 079 695 1318 or 011 861 6844. The owner may come and collect the car at Alberton SAPS. Proof of ownership will be required and in this case it will have to be the original car papers.
