On Wednesday 2013-12-18 we had a function to thank the members who did not book off sick for the whole year and  the reservist who are committed to serve and protect the community even if they don’t get any remuneration.

The reservists were thanked with certificates and grocery gift that was donated by Alberton MAKRO through Alberton CPF, while members who did not book off sick received certificates.

Sgt Nkuna was one of the recipient of the certificates for not booking off sick for past eleven years since he joined the SAPS. The Station Commander, Acting Station Commander, Reservist Commander and the Chairperson of CPF were handing out the gifts and the certificates while Employee Health and  Welness from Germiston Cluster informed  members about their services after the function was approved by the Acting Cluster Commander Brig Tambo.

Social Crime Prevention Co-ordinators and Communication would like to thank everyone who attended and to encourage the reservist to keep on serving and protecting the community, for those who did not book off sick we thank them for their commitment.
