ALBERTON – Pastor Clive from Alberton and team members from Gideons, Corrie Pieterse and Dave Roux, went to the sun city prison in Naturena on November 14 to hand out bibles by explaining the back section of the basic salvation plan, which is the New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs.

The commitment section in the book is where the prisoners could put their names and surnames.

Pastor Clive, together with Gideons usually go to various schools, prisons, hotels, etc.

As the day progressed, they were led by the holy spirit to the youth department, where young men sat together to listen to the message.

The anointing Pastor Clive had spoken about was for our minds; our eyes we have to see; the ears we have to hear; the mouth we have to speak and the legs we have to walk to move with the word of God.

When he asked, “What is it that makes us different?” The young men answered in various sequence: “Skin colour,” “Language” and , “Inheritance.”

Pastor Clive explained that it is none of those that make us different but it the difference is the one who has the Lord in their life and the others who have the enemy (Satan) involved in their lives.

“When the darkness creeps in and the evil one comes, you have a choice to make a decision- just like Jesus had a choice and said, ‘Get behind me, Satan!’ It is all about choice. There is a future for you, the choice is yours,” Pastor Clive concluded.
